At DKFiveM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DKFiveM account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they remain protected.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
